In response to the significant increase in women presenting with unscheduled bleeding on HRT, the British Menopause Society, in partnership with the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy, British Gynaecological Cancer Society, Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare, Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) and the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, has produced a comprehensive new Guideline on Management of unscheduled bleeding on hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
This is an important document for all healthcare professionals to read and absorb and it should be shared as widely as possible.
