CME/CPD credits

A certificate acknowledging Continuing Professional Development (CPD) will be issued electronically to all delegates after the conference. The conference carries 12 CPD credits.

Chesford Grange is a four-star premium events venue. This Tudor-style manor house is set in a peaceful countryside location by the River Avon. It boasts luxurious bedrooms, an excellent restaurant, 650 car parking spaces and free wifi throughout. With COVID-19 in mind, this expansive venue provides increased cleaning routines, ventilation in public areas and hand sanitising stations.

On the outskirts of Kenilworth, it is just a short drive to the beautiful town of Leamington Spa and historic Warwick Castle. It is easily accessible from the M40 and M69 – and only 13 miles from Birmingham Airport.

The British Menopause Society has negotiated a special bedroom rate for conference attendees at Chesford Grange. An allocation of standard bedrooms is available to book online for the night of Wednesday 29 June 2022. There are a small number of special-rate rooms remaining, subject to availability, which must be booked by 31 May. After this date, the allocation will be released, and all bedrooms will be subject to availability.

Conference delegate materials

After the conference has closed, registered delegates will have online access to:

  • professionally recorded audio-visual recordings of the lectures and Q&A sessions; and
  • downloadable pdf versions of the lecture slides.

This access will be available until the end of December 2023.

Terms and conditions

This is a face-to-face conference. In the event that the conference cannot proceed face-to-face it will be postponed and all delegates will be offered the option to transfer or cancel their registration.

A registration form must be completed and all fees paid in full before the conference. Delegate places will only be guaranteed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment of the registration fee and the BMS reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of non-payment.

If delegate places are available, registration will be accepted on the day of the conference, with payment by cash or credit/debit card only (no cheques or invoices).


Refunds for cancellations will only be given until Tuesday 31 May 2022. All cancellations must be received in writing and will incur a £30 administration charge. Names substitutions can be made at any time without charge.

No refund will be made, or CPD certificate provided, for non-attendance.

In the event that the BMS cancels the conference, liability will be limited to registration fees already paid to the Society for the conference.
