Purchase terms & conditions
You purchase from us by placing an order on our websites and making a payment via PayPal or Worldpay. We will send you an order confirmation, detailing the products that you have ordered and the payment you have made.
All prices published on the websites are the total price to be paid for each product. The BMS is not VAT registered. Where we charge separately for packing and postage, the appropriate rates are clearly shown on the websites. We review our prices periodically.
Cancellation and refund policies vary for the products available to purchase on the websites and they are clearly stated for each product in the product description and/or at the online checkout. Please ensure that you read the cancellation and refund policy for the product that you are purchasing before you place your order.
