The BMS Women’s Health Meeting at King’s College Hospital has moved online!

Register for the BMS Virtual Women’s Health Meeting

with Programme Chair: Mr Haitham Hamoda

We are delighted to offer our second virtual Women’s Health meeting this year. In response to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19, this meeting which was scheduled to take place at King’s College Hospital on 7 October 2020 will now take place online. We are delighted to offer you this convenient alternative.

Together with Mr Haitham Hamoda we have developed a full programme of lectures to provide you with up-to-date, evidence-based menopause and post-reproductive health education. Delegates will also have access to the virtual exhibition, where participating healthcare and pharmaceutical companies are showcasing their latest products, with literature and short videos.

You will have access to pre-recorded videos of all the lectures, with lecture slides, for three weeks from 23 September to 14 October 2020. Mr Haitham Hamoda will host a one and a half hour live Q&A webinar at 1600 on Wednesday 7 October, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and reinforce your learning. There will be the ability to submit questions, in the moment whilst you are viewing the lectures, for discussion during the Q&A session. The live Q&A session will be recorded and made available shortly after the event to watch at your convenience.

The meeting carries 6 CPD credits and is open to all healthcare professionals – GPs, clinic doctors, gynaecologists, specialist and practice nurses, SRH specialists, O&G and GP trainees. We also welcome anyone allied to the healthcare profession with an interest in women’s health.

We will miss welcoming delegates to King’s College Hospital this year but this BMS Virtual Women’s Health Meeting offers you all the benefits of high-quality BMS education whilst recognising the current challenges we are all facing.

Delegates who registered for the face to face meeting at King’s College Hospital on 7 October 2020 are being contacted to discuss the transfer of their registration to this virtual meeting.
